My main aim for my clients is to make their place of employment a great place to work, where employees want to stay and potential employees want to join. Creating a great workplace which attracts, recruits and retains talent, doesn’t come easily it has to be worked at constantly, but the rewards are well worth it for all. The actual journey of improvement may be difficult, challenging and confronting, but it is definitely worth becoming an employer of choice, rather than one where employees just wait for the pay cheque and wait for a better paid opportunity elsewhere.
How can HR Brand Selling be improved? This involves an external experienced and suitable qualified party interviewing employees in safe 1-to-1 areas, where everything is treated private and confidential.
Past employees and potential employees who turned down the organisation are approached and hopefully interviewed to discover the whys. The final results, findings, recommendations, help and support offered are presented to the organisation, to improve its HR Brand Selling (but who said what is never disclosed, as everything is private and confidential, and only the third party and the actual interviewee who said or implied what, knows).
Most organisations can be helped in their journey to improving their HR Brand Selling but unfortunately, some organisations cannot be helped, supported and ultimately saved as their work culture is just too toxic, and the senior leadership are in a total state of denial, even though all their talent has or is departing, and no real talent is joining them.

How do you create an organisation where talented employees want to stay and future talent wants to join, well, you make sure as an organisation you increase the HR Brand Selling (HRBS) of your organisation.
