Human Resources (HR) Policies are an important and essential part of any successful start-up, small business or larger business. What are HR Policies? These are formal rules and guidelines that businesses put in place to manage their employees. Good policies will establish a clear and transparent understanding of the employer’s expectations, rules and standards for employees, while also protecting employer’s rights.
